CANCELATION POLICY: Please understand when appointments are canceled without 24 hours notice, we miss the opportunity to fill in that appointment time, and our waiting list clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Since services are reserved for you personally, a cancelation fee will apply. Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No show appointments are charged 100% of booked services. All clients running 10 minutes or later for their scheduled appointment time may be subject to rescheduling and may incur a cancellation fee. Please call ahead if you are running late. COLOR SERVICES RELEASE: Gerber Salon will make every attempt to help you achieve your desired color. Color services may have very different results on different types/colors of hair. Gerber Salon and its employees cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects or less than desired color results.
